1. What is this map?

The CO2 PACMAN Interactive Map visualises the stakeholder ecosystem reached through the project’s main participatory and collaborative activities. It shows the geographical distribution and typology of actors engaged during the Kick-off Meeting, the first round of Rooting Labs, the Open Innovation Collaborative Action, the Valencia Business Forum, and the second round of Living Labs, known as The Island I Would Like Labs.

The purpose of the map is to demonstrate the diversity, scale and territorial reach of stakeholder engagement within CO2 PACMAN. It helps users understand which types of actors were involved in the project, where they were located, and through which project activities they were reached.

2. How to use the map

Users can explore the stakeholder ecosystem through the interactive map and filtering system.

• The country filter allows users to view stakeholders according to their geographical location.
• The organisation type filter allows users to identify different categories of actors, such as public authorities, SMEs, educational institutions, research organisations, civil society actors, innovation providers, utilities and other stakeholder groups.
• The partnership type filter allows users to distinguish between project partners, associated partners and external stakeholders reached through project activities.
• The activity/context filter allows users to explore stakeholders according to the CO2 PACMAN activity through which they were engaged. These activities include the Kick-off Meeting, Rooting Labs, Open Innovation Collaborative Action, Valencia Business Forum, The Island I Would Like Labs, Youth Think Tanks and other project-related activities.

By combining these filters, users can better understand the diversity of actors reached by the project and the role of different stakeholder groups in supporting climate-neutrality pathways for Mediterranean islands.

3. Stakeholder anonymity and data protection

The CO2 PACMAN Interactive Map has been developed for communication, evaluation and transferability purposes. In order to respect privacy and data protection requirements, stakeholders are presented anonymously.

The map does not disclose personal names, individual contact details or identifiable organisational information. Stakeholders are represented only through general categories, location and project activity context.

This approach allows the project to demonstrate the territorial reach and diversity of stakeholder engagement while protecting the identity of the actors involved.
