CO2 PACMAN
Interactive Stakeholder Map

The CO2 PACMAN Interactive Stakeholder Map visualises the stakeholder ecosystem reached through the project’s main participatory and collaborative activities. The map presents the geographical distribution and typology of actors engaged during the project, including the Kick-off Meeting, the first round of Rooting Labs, the Open Innovation Collaborative Action, the Valencia Business Forum, and the second round of Living Labs, known as The Island I Would Like Labs.

The purpose of the map is to show the diversity, scale and territorial reach of stakeholder engagement within CO2 PACMAN. It helps users understand which types of actors were involved in the project’s climate-neutrality pathway, where they were located, and through which project activities they were reached.

The map does not display personal names or identifiable stakeholder information. Stakeholders are represented anonymously, using only their stakeholder type, location and activity context. This approach respects privacy and data protection principles, while still allowing the project to demonstrate the breadth of its engagement process.

Through this platform, users can explore the participation of different stakeholder groups, including public authorities, educational institutions, SMEs, startups, research actors, civil society organisations, innovation providers, utilities, and other relevant actors involved in the CO2 PACMAN process.

The Interactive Map also supports the transferability of the project. By visualising the types of stakeholders involved across different activities and territories, it provides a useful reference for other Mediterranean islands and coastal areas wishing to develop similar climate-neutrality processes based on cooperation, participation and multi-level governance.
